PRICING

Private Event Rental Pricing - 2025

Weekday (Monday through Thursday)

w̶a̶s̶ ̶$̶1̶2̶5̶ now $100 per hour

Minimum of 3 hours. The booked hours include setting up before the event and cleaning up afterward.

Weekend (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)

All-Day Weekday Rental

w̶a̶s̶ ̶$̶1̶1̶0̶0̶ now $900

12:00 pm to 9:00 pm. This provides a discount from our normal hourly rate.

All-Day Weekend Rental

w̶a̶s̶ ̶$̶1̶6̶0̶0̶ now $1100

12:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This provides a discount from our normal hourly rate.

What's included

Each rental package includes access to all our amenities including eight 5' white round tables, two banquet style rectangular tables, 50 white folding chairs, a flat screen TV, kitchen (includes refrigerator, countertop, sinks, table; no outside heating sources), two restrooms, access to a small elevator, and an outside deck.

- 3% convenience fee will be applied for use of credit cards including through (Paypal and Venmo). No additional fees for cash, Zelle, personal check, business check, and cashier check (including through Paypal and Venmo). The Pickerington Event Center will charge a $50 returned check fee.

Security Deposit and Booking Cost

A security deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable as contingent upon the rental agreement being adhered to.

Balance due at the time of booking

50% of the rental cost

50% of the rental cost is due to secure the date and time for your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.

Last Minute Booking

Full Cost Due

If booking within 14 days or less prior to the event, full payment expected on booking date.

- 3% convenience fee will be applied for use of credit cards including through (Paypal and Venmo). No additional fees for cash, Zelle, personal check, business check, and cashier check (including through Paypal and Venmo). The Pickerington Event Center will charge a $50 returned check fee.

cancellation

Cancellation

Both the client and the Pickerington Event Center may cancel the event for any reason by providing written notice (including email) and must be confirmed by a staff member of the Pickerington Event Center. Please see terms and cancelation fees below as well as in the rental agreement.

90 Days or more

If client cancels the event 90 days or more in advance of the event date, then the Pickerington Event Center will charge client a $200 cancelation fee and return the balance of payments made thus far. 

Less than 90 days

No refunds will be given for events cancelled within 90 days of the event date. Client will be charged a $200 cancelation fee.
