Each rental package includes access to all our amenities, including seven 5' white round tables, two banquet-style rectangular tables, 50 white folding chairs, in-ceiling speakers, microphones, phone music plug-and-play, projector (upon request), a kitchenette (includes a refrigerator, countertop ice maker, microwave, countertop, sinks, table), two restrooms, access to a small service elevator, and an outside deck.

A security deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable as contingent upon the rental agreement being adhered to.
50% of the rental cost is due to secure the date and time for your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.
If booking within 14 days or less before the event, full payment is expected on the booking date.

Both the client and the Pickerington Event Center may cancel the event for any reason by providing written notice (including email) and must be confirmed by a staff member of the Pickerington Event Center. Please see terms and cancellation fees below. Additional details can be found in the rental agreement during the booking process.
If client cancels the event 90 days or more in advance of the event date, then the Pickerington Event Center will charge client a $200 cancelation fee and return the balance of payments made thus far.
No refunds will be given for events cancelled within 90 days of the event date. Client will be charged a $200 cancelation fee.
