The Pickerington Event Center can accommodate up to 50-60 guests.

Special event insurance is encouraged. If alcohol is involved, then special event insurance with liquor liability (not just general liability) is required, with the Pickerington Event Center listed as an additional insured on the policy. 

Time reserved for setting up and tearing down is included in the booking. No additional grace period is allowed. Additional time can be added upon request. These will incur additional charges.

You and your guests may bring and serve alcohol once the request is approved by an event coordinator. The Pickerington Event Center requires you to have special event insurance with liquor liability. No one under the age of 21 may be served or consume alcohol. Hosts and guests must follow all rules and laws pursuant to the State of Ohio. No drinking alcohol on the patio deck. 

In addition to street parking near the building, public parking is available across the railroad track at 89 N Center St, Pickerington, OH 43147. Additional public parking is under construction by the city. Additional parking is under construction by the city of Pickerington.

Yes, we welcome your use of outside vendors, including but not limited to caterers, DJs, musicians, decorators, and rental companies, for services during the event. 

Cooking is not allowed, including the use of a range, oven, open flame, hot plates, or any outside heating sources. The use of crockpots and warmers, including Sterno chafing fuel, are permitted. 

Glitter and glitter related items are not permitted. Please ensure that your guests are also aware. Nails, screws, tapes, thumbtacks, or any other tools that can damage the wall and surfaces of the event center when used on them are also not permitted. The security deposit may be used to pay for damages from customers or their guests.

No animal, bird, or pets are allowed on or in the premises without prior written consent (including email) of the Pickerington Event Center, or as allowed by law.
